Updated 7.0-alpha.3 binaries: bundled FPC, macOS build

As a follow-up to the recently announced 7.0-alpha.3 release:
We have updated the released binaries on this itch.io page, to:
- Contain the "bundled with FPC" version of the engine for Linux and Windows. This means everything "just works" once you install the engine, no need to install any compiler separately. Just create a project using any template, press "Compile And Run" and it will work.
- Add the macOS version of the engine. See https://castle-engine.io/macos for macOS-specific notes.
